    Online Registration Site

    The Online registration service for new registration is closed. Please register on-site at the registration desk. Payment by credit card or cash are available.


    * We will keep this link for those who has already registered.
    * The ID and password are different from those of abstract/paper submission.
    Please create a new ID for registration.



    Registration categories

    There will be three registration categories: Regular, Student and Accompanying Person.

    *1 Regular:
    The Regular fee includes admission to all technical sessions, conference proceedings saved on a USB flash drive, final program, name badge, welcome reception on Aug.10, lunches on Aug. 11, 12, 14 and 15, conference banquet on Aug. 14, and break refreshments.
    *2 Student (with Banquet):
    Graduate or undergraduate university student. Admission to all technical sessions, conference proceedings saved on a USB flash drive, final program, name badge, welcome reception on Aug.10, lunches on Aug. 11, 12, 14 and 15, conference banquet on Aug. 14, and break refreshments.
    *3 Student (without Banquet):
    Graduate or undergraduate university student. Admission to all technical sessions, conference proceedings saved on a USB flash drive, final program, name badge, welcome reception on Aug.10, lunches on Aug. 11, 12, 14 and 15, and break refreshments.
    *4 Accompanying Person:
    Spouses or family members of participants. Accompanying participants have NO access to technical sessions. The Accompanying Person fee includes name badge, welcome reception on Aug.10 and conference banquet on Aug. 14.


    To Authors/co-authors

    • At least one Regular registration is required for each paper to be included in the proceedings.
    • One Regular registration covers only one paper.
      • To co-author of plural papers: Your registration will cover only one of the papers. Be sure that the other paper(s) are covered by another Regular registration(s).
    • Student registration cannot cover a paper.
    • If you are a single author of plural papers, please contact IHTC-15 Office (info@ihtc-15.org).

    • Please complete your registration by May 31 in order to have your paper published in the conference proceedings. (Added on March 14, 2014)


    Insurance

    The Organizing Committee cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss or damage to private property of participants, students and accompanying persons, either during or indirectly arising from the 15th International Heat Transfer Conference. It is strongly recommended participants should make their own arrangements with regard to health and travel insurance.

    Visa/Invitation letters

    Visit the "Visa/Invitation letters" page if you are concerned about the visa or invitation letters.
    Please note that we are only able to issue required documents for visa application to participants who has completed the registration and full payment of the registration fee.

    Please print out your Confirmation Sheet for Registration and show it at the registration desk. This will help us speed up the process, and minimize your waiting time.


    How to print out your confirmation sheet
  • Login to the registration site from the following link.



  • Press the "Confirm/Pruchase/Edit/Cancel/Additional Applicatoin button as shown in the picture.



  • Move down to the "Registration" column and press the "Confirmation Sheet" button.



  • Choose the person you would like to print out, and press "Output" button.



  • You will get the PDF file of the Confirmation Sheet for Registration
