This is the tentative schedule (due dates) related to the publication and registration for IHTC-15. For specific details and questions regarding these dates, please check the FAQ site or contact the IHTC-15 desks and office (contact address). - Submission of Abstract deadline: - Author Notification of Abstract Acceptance: October 15, 2013 - Submission of Full-Length Draft Paper for Review deadline: - Online Registration and Hotel Booking Sites Open: March 1, 2014 - Paper Review Complete and Acceptance Notification: March 15, 2014 - Electronic Copyright Form Submission Process Opens: April - Submission of Revised Paper for Revised Check deadline: April 30, 2014 - Submission of Copyright Form deadline: Copyright transfer forms are requested upon acceptance of the draft and prior to submittal of the final paper. - Submission of Final Paper deadline: May 31, 2014 One regular registration for each accepted paper needs to be completed by May 31 in order to be published in the conference proceedings. - Advanced registration due date: June 30, 2014 - Online registration and payment due date: July 25, 2014 - *These dates are all based on Japan Standard Time (GMT+9). |
