All presentation will be made in “oral” presentation. Each talk is 18 minutes long. It is recommended to use 13 minutes to present and 5 minutes to discuss.

We do not have any templates for your slides. You are free to design your slides, but please make the figures and fonts in your slide clear to see for the audience.

Please use your laptop PC or tablet for your presentation.

You are required to check if your slides and movies work with the projector of the conference room before the session (during the break). The projector has the standard VGA D-sub15pin connector only. If you are using the latest machine which has HDMI connector only, please bring your own VGA adapter (e.g. Mini Displayport VGA adapter). It is also recommended to prepare a PDF file of your presentation slides for backup.

To back up unexpected situations, a computer will be supplied in each conference room:

You will be able to transfer your data using USB connection. You are required to check if your slides and movies work with the projector of the conference room before the session (during the break). It is also recommended to prepare a PDF file of your presentation slides for backup.

We would like to ask you to update the speaker information of your paper. The speaker information will be uploaded also to the EventMobile. To apply the speaker information please follow the procedure bellow:

i) Login to the IHTC online submission system

ii) Move to the Author's page and select your papers.

iii) Select the "Authors" tag.

iv) You will find the "Article Authors" column bellow. Please select the speaker who will present at the conference site among the authors, and be sure to press the "Save" button. Please finish this process by June 30. We appreciate for your kind corporation.

We are pleased to inform you that the attendees of IHTC-15 will be able to use the TripBuilder EventMobile. EventMobile is a mobile app for conference which helps the attendees to look through the conference schedule, learn the information of speakers, view the floor map, check the exhibits, create their own schedule, received alerts from the conference office, and also connect with other attendees.
